Welcome to Mumurinka! The terms "we", "us," and "our" refer to Mumurinka. By accessing our website or using our services, you accept these Terms of Service ("Terms"), which outline your rights and obligations when interacting with Mumurinka.

SECTION 1 - ACCESS AND ACCOUNT

SECTION 2 - CUSTOM PRODUCTS & IMAGE UPLOAD

Mumurinka specializes in crafting personalized, print-on-demand products using images and designs uploaded by our customers. Please carefully review the following guidelines about custom content:

1. Intellectual Property Compliance

By uploading content, you confirm that you own the intellectual property rights to the image or have obtained permission to use it for commercial printing. You will be held responsible if a violation occurs and agree to indemnify us against any disputes, claims, or damages arising from unauthorized use.

2. Content License

When submitting designs to Mumurinka, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and modify your content solely for production and delivery purposes. Once your order is fulfilled, this license terminates, unless required by legal or regulatory obligations.

3. Image Quality Guidelines

To ensure the best final product, all uploaded images must meet our quality requirements, which are available on our website (e.g., resolution, file type). If your image doesn't meet these standards, we cannot guarantee optimal print results.
Should we mistakenly accept and print a substandard image, we may offer a resolution (e.g., reprint) at our discretion.

4. Prohibited Content

Uploading content that is obscene, violent, harassing, discriminatory, illegal, or otherwise harmful is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to reject or delete such content and cancel associated orders without notice. This includes but is not limited to hate speech, unauthorized trademarks, politically sensitive material, or explicit content.

5. Data Storage

Uploaded images are kept temporarily for production purposes and are not stored long-term. Please save a backup of all submitted designs before ordering.

6. Color Disclaimer

Due to variations in monitor settings, screen calibration, and printing methods, slight color differences may occur. These variations are normal and do not qualify as product defects.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS AND CANCELLATIONS

Orders for custom products are finalized upon payment confirmation, and production begins immediately. Because custom items are specifically created for you, order cancellations or changes cannot be guaranteed after production starts. Double-check all details, including sizes, designs, and shipping addresses, before placing your order.
If an issue prevents us from fulfilling your order, we will contact you at the provided email or phone number.

EU Cooling-Off Rights

For customers in the European Economic Area (EEA), the 14-day statutory cooling-off period does not apply to custom-made products crafted specifically according to your personal preferences. All return, exchange and refund rules are governed by our independent Refund & Return Policy .

SECTION 4 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

1. Shipping Times

While we strive to deliver all orders on schedule, shipping timelines provided at checkout are estimates and not guarantees. Delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or other unforeseen events are beyond our control.

2. Customs and Import Fees

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or brokerage fees. These are the buyer’s sole responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping fees. Check with your local customs office for details before placing an order.

3. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package is lost or damaged in transit, contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. Provide photos of the damage (if applicable), and we will assist in resolving the issue with the shipping carrier. All after-sales standards are subject to our Refund & Return Policy .

Unauthorized use may result in legal action. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights to our intellectual property.

SECTION 7 - PRIVACY POLICY

Your privacy is important to us. Mumurinka processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy . Because we use Shopify to power our platform, your data may also be managed according to Shopify’s Privacy Policy .
