This policy outlines the production lead time, shipping transit time, and shipping rates for custom pet photo product orders from MUMURINKA.

1. Order Processing & Production Lead Time

All items are custom-made based on the pet photos you provide. It takes approximately 3–5 business days for graphic design, production, and order packaging after payment is confirmed. Please note that processing times do not include shipping transit times, weekends, or public holidays.

Estimated delivery times after your package has been shipped:

USA, UK, Australia: 7–13 business days

Transit times are only estimates. Delays may occasionally occur due to customs inspections, peak shipping seasons, or other factors beyond our control. However, we strive to ensure timely delivery.

Free standard shipping is available for orders with a subtotal of $39 or more.
A flat shipping fee of $9.99 applies to orders with a subtotal below $39.

Any customs duties or import taxes incurred upon the package’s arrival at its destination are the buyer’s responsibility. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs inspections, local logistics disruptions, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the buyer.
