This Shipping Policy explains the order processing and production times, shipping transit times, shipping rates, available destinations, and customs and import-related terms for personalized apparel products purchased from Mumurinka, including custom socks and custom T-shirts.

1. Order Processing and Production Time

All Mumurinka products are made to order based on the images, photos, artwork, and customization details provided by customers.

After payment is successfully confirmed and the customer-submitted customization details are approved, orders typically require:

Order processing and production time: 3–5 business days

Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or applicable public holidays.

This processing and production period includes design preparation, product customization, production, quality inspection, and order packaging.

Processing and production time does not include shipping transit time.

If additional information or clarification is required to complete your customized product, production may be delayed until the necessary information is received.

2. Shipping Destinations

Mumurinka currently ships orders only to addresses within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states)and Washington D.C.

We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or any other countries or regions outside the contiguous United States and Washington D.C.

Shipping availability may be subject to change. If we are unable to ship an order to the shipping address provided, we will contact the customer and provide appropriate options.

3. Shipping Method, Transit Time, and Rates

United States — Contiguous 48 States and Washington D.C.

Standard Shipping

  • Shipping transit time: 7–13 business days
  • Business days exclude weekends and applicable U.S. public holidays.
  • Shipping fee: $9.99 for orders with a subtotal below $39
  • Free standard shipping: Orders with a subtotal of $39 or more

The estimated total delivery time for U.S. orders is approximately:

3–5 business days for order processing and production + 7–13 business days for shipping transit

This means the estimated total delivery time is approximately 10–18 business days from successful payment confirmation and approval of the customer-submitted customization details.

Shipping and delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

4. Free Shipping

Free standard shipping is available for orders shipped to addresses within the contiguous United States and Washington D.C. when the order subtotal is $39 or more, before applicable taxes, discounts, or other charges, unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Orders with a subtotal below $39 are subject to a $9.99 shipping fee.

Free shipping applies only to standard shipping.

5. Taxes, Customs Duties, and Import Charges

We process all international orders on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis.

Orders shipped directly from China to addresses within the contiguous United States and Washington D.C. will be delivered with all applicable import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees prepaid by Mumurinka.

Customers will not be charged any additional customs duties, import taxes, or unexpected fees upon delivery. The total price displayed at checkout is final.


6. Shipping Delays

Shipping and delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Actual delivery times may be affected by circumstances outside of our reasonable control, including:

  • Shipping carrier delays;
  • Customs clearance or government processing;
  • Severe weather or natural disasters;
  • Peak holiday or promotional periods;
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information;
  • Transportation disruptions; and
  • Other unforeseen circumstances.

Mumurinka is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside of our reasonable control.

7. Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information when placing an order.

Please carefully review your shipping address before completing your purchase.

Mumurinka is not responsible for delivery delays, failed delivery, returned packages, or additional shipping costs resulting from an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@mumurinka.com.

We cannot guarantee that shipping information can be changed after an order has entered production or been shipped.

8. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information when tracking is available.

Tracking information may take some time to become active after the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier.
